​Square Dancing is a fun, lively and inexpensive social activity enjoyed by young and old alike. We dance at the Cedar Valley Grange on the 2nd, 4th, and 5th Friday from September through May.

          7:00 pm to 7:30 pm      2nd Friday - line dancing
          7:00 pm to 7:30 pm      4th, 5th Friday - round dancing
                                                (Levels 3, 4 and sometimes 5) 
          7:30 pm to 8:00 pm      all dances - plus dancing
          8:00 pm to 10:00 pm    Square Dancing

A fun square dance club isn't possible without a great caller, cuer and line dance instructor. Our featured Square Dance Caller is Scott Coon (who does a fantastic Elvis impersonation) and our Round Dance Cuer is ​Shawn Cavness.  Shawn is a well known choreographed ballroom dance instructor/cuer.  Our line dance instructor is none other than Lisa Weiser, a local phenonemon when it comes to line dancing!

We also have guest callers and cuers scheduled throughout the dance season so watch the Dance Schedule below or check out our ​dance schedule below for details.

Suggested donations are $10 for regular and fifth Friday dances and $15 for special caller and multiple callers dances.  Students (10-18 years of age) are half price.

Although we do not host dances during the summer, we encourage our members to attend dances and workshops throughout the summer.  For a list of current events throughout the summer, go to Mt. Baker Square Dance Council.​

What are the Dudes & Dolls all about?  When do lessons begin?
We're a fun group of people who love to square dance and have fun doing it!  Our first dance, a "no experience" dance, is Friday September 11th at 7:30 pm. Lessons begin on Tuesday, September 15.  Click here for more information.

The Saddlebrooke Squares Square Dancing Club of Tucson (Arizona) have free, online square dancing lessons and DVDs available for purchase. If you're new to square dancing or need a refresher lesson, these are great. Plus lessons are also available.

Dance Punch Cards are Available
The club will be selling a dance punch card this season - to members and non-members. The cost for the 2026-27 season is $50 for 6 dances. So the purchase will be for 5 dances with the 6th dance free. This punch card can be used for any of our Friday dances, regardless if they are regular, 5th Friday, special caller, or multiple callers dances.  Punch cards will be available for purchase at the sign-in table beginning with our first dance.
