Suggested items to donate: vacation get-away; professional photography or other services; special home-cooked meal; handcrafted jewelry, artwork, needlework, woodwork; gift baskets; home cooked or preserved culinary items; lawn & garden décor; or anything you can imagine or create!!

Please fill out an auction "Item Tag" (located above) for each donated item. If you have multiple items you will need a tag for each.

Instructions for Item Tags:

  1. Give a complete description of the item
  2. Fill in donors name
  3. (Optional) Fill in estimated value to help auctioneers
  4. DO NOT FILL IN ITEM # - numbers will be assigned by the auction committee.

Check items in at the Clubhouse on Saturday between 9:30 & 11:30AM. An auction committee member will determine whether your item(s) will be placed in the silent or live auction.

Silent Auction: Begins at the Clubhouse at 1:30PM and ends promptly at 2:30PM. Items purchased at silent auction will be distributed prior to live auction, but payment can be combined w/live auction purchases at the end of both auctions.

Live Auction: Begins immediately following silent auction. Bring your checkbook or cash with you, as payment will be expected soon after auction closes.
